Refund & Exchange policy
What is your returns and exchanges policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please contact us first at ted@tedlassostorerchmond.com.
In your email, please include:
- Your order number
- The reason for your request
- The item(s) you would like to return or exchange
- Photos if the item is damaged or faulty
We’ll review your request and confirm next steps before anything is returned.Â
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
If a refund or exchange is approved, Please send the goods back to us along with the returns slip enclosed in your delivery. Unless the item is damaged or faulty, The Ted Lasso Store is not responsible for the return shipping cost. Replacements and refunds will be sent once the returned item has been received and approved so please ensure you obtain proof of postage nd retain it until the process is complete. You will receive an email when the process is complete. Please allow up to 10 working days for funds to appear in your account. This will be returned to your original payment method.
Products that are being returned or exchanged must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging, and with tags attached (where applicable). Some items are not eligible for a return, please see more information below.

What Products can be returned?
We accept returns on all products if you receive them damaged or faulty. However, we do not offer refunds because of a change of mind on the following items:

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiptption and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union Orders 14 day cooling off period
Â
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging and return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
