Refund Policy
What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you have 30 days from receipt of goods to return it for a full refund. Your refund will be issued using your original payment method. We aim to process refunds within 5 working upon receipt of your package, however this may vary during busier periods.
Please ensure you obtain proof of postage from your postage and retain it until after you are refunded. You will receive an email when we have processed your refund. Once processed, it may take up to 10 working days for the money to return to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at ted@tedlassostorerichmond.com
Products that are being returned must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging, and with tags attached (where applicable). Some items are not eligible for a return, please see more information below. We do not offer exchanges at this time- sorry! If you need a different size, please carefully refer to our size guide and place a new order.
How do I make a return?
It is important to note that shipping costs are not covered by The Official Ted Lasso Store Richmond when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID. Please ensure the returns slip enclosed with your delivery is enclosed in your return package, otherwise your return cannot be processed.
If you have misplaced your returns slip, please contact us at ted@tedlassostorerichmond.com and we’ll be happy to help you out.
Please note items purchased online cannot be returned in store, and items purchased in store can only be processed at the till, providing you have proof of purchase.
Unfortunately, we are unable to take liability for any returns that do not get delivered back to us.
What Products can be returned?
We accept returns on all products if you receive them damaged or faulty. However, we do not offer refunds because of a change of mind on the following items:

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in
its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
